The care, support, and kindness shown for my father at Nine Mile Creek has been nothing but exemplary. Staff often just visit with him just to chat. Most importantly, I have the peace of mind knowing he is there getting the best possible care!

I can’t say enough positive things about Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. The facilities are gorgeous, but it is the people who make it amazing. Every person we interacted with-the Executive Director, Director of Sales, Director of Health Services, and the facilities staff treated us with kindness-and were patient with all of our questions. The aides who helped my father on a daily basis were fantastic! They helped him to adjust to his new surroundings and went out of their way to make sure he was ok. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for yourself, or a loved one.

Nine Mile Creek Senior Living is beyond exceptional! Their staff is incredible, friendly, and organized they definitely are passionate about what they do and genuinely care for their residents. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of everyone under their care, even providing thoughtful bonuses like photoshoots to fulfill their residents' needs. We got to capture beautiful moments. There was an abundance of laughter, storytelling, and moments of silent connection that spoke volumes. We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to capture the essence of who they are and to provide a keepsake of this stage in their lives. My Mother, Ruth Naddy, has been a resident at Nine Mile Creek Sr Living since May 2023. The transition from living independently in her own home to Nine Mile Creek was a difficult adjustment for her. The excellent care and empathy she received from the staff helped her feel welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough about the time, effort and attention Luke Lahammer has given my Mother. Paul Austad has been great helping her with issues that have popped up in her apartment. Lauren Mielzarek has a real gift for keeping the residents entertained which has really helped my Mother's adjustment to senior living. My grandmother is 100 and has lived at Nine Mile since it opened! We are so thankful she is here. Staff are like family to her and we know she is taken care of.

Our father has been receiving great care and enjoys the fun recreational activities and delicious meals in the memory care unit at Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. Our family always feels welcome when we visit and are confident that dad is being well care for!

Nine Mile is a loving community, If I could make one recommendation, I would tell new people to NOT wait to come here. Moving in at an age when you are more active gives you a chance to be more a part of the community and it becomes HOME. One is more able to get involved and make new friends when you are active. Lots of entertainment to keep you happy!

The family atmosphere in the building is amazing. The residents and staff are loving and caring to each other. They have fun and are very active. This is the best place I have ever worked and can't imagine a better place to live and work.

As soon as I walked through the front doors, I felt so welcomed by other residents and staff! Nine Mile is a place where I feel valued, cared for and understood by those around me. There are always activities to keep you busy, staff that genuinely care about everyone's well-being, and residents who go out of their way to foster lasting friendships. "I love it," our senior family member says, when people ask about Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. The staff is kind and attentive; the food is good; and the facility is nice. Our family member has been there 4 years. We liked being able to switch from "independent living" to "assisted living" without changing apartments. We like being able to choose "a la cart" which assisted living services our senior needs. As one gentleman there says, this facility is "top drawer."

When it was no longer safe for my mom to live alone, I went on a search of multiple senior homes in our area. The staff is friendly, accomodating, and cares. My mother is in the memory care unit. She is treated well. Her private appartment is kept clean. The kitchen staff prepares and serves the residents excellent meals. There are plenty of activities to keep her engaged. She is much happier at Nine Mile Creek Senior Living than she was when living at home struggeling to take care of herself.
