The family atmosphere in the building is amazing. The residents and staff are loving and caring to each other. They have fun and are very active. This is the best place I have ever worked and can't imagine a better place to live and work.

As soon as I walked through the front doors, I felt so welcomed by other residents and staff! Nine Mile is a place where I feel valued, cared for and understood by those around me. There are always activities to keep you busy, staff that genuinely care about everyone's well-being, and residents who go out of their way to foster lasting friendships. Working at Nine Mile has been the best decision I've made thus far and I would highly recommend this living environment to anyone I know!

I've worked at Nine Mile Creek Senior Living for over 5 years. What keeps me coming back? The staff and the residents. We have great longevity with our staff, which makes a huge difference in the care the residents get and the camaraderie between the teams. The residents are kind, respectful, and vibrant! The activities engage the residents every day, the food is awesome (and staff get a free meal, what a perk!), and it's just a great place to live and work. I can't say enough great things about Nine Mile.

When it was no longer safe for my mom to live alone, I went on a search of multiple senior homes in our area. I found most programs to be in similar price ranges, but more importantly, we wanted her to feel safe and comfortable with a big move. We found a clear standout at Nine Mile. Director Tami Forsyth was incredible and the staff made my mom embrace the change and look forward to the move. I get a great feeling every time I enter Nine Mile and people I know that have had relatives there reinforce what a caring and well run place it is. Make sure to check out this facility and you will not be disappointed

"I love it," our senior family member says, when people ask about Nine Mile Creek Senior Living. The staff is kind and attentive; the food is good; and the facility is nice. Our family member has been there 4 years. We liked being able to switch from "independent living" to "assisted living" without changing apartments. We like being able to choose "a la cart" which assisted living services our senior needs. As one gentleman there says, this facility is "top drawer."

The staff is friendly, accomodating, and cares. My mother is in the memory care unit. She is treated well. Her private appartment is kept clean. The kitchen staff prepares and serves the residents excellent meals. There are plenty of activities to keep her engaged. She is much happier at Nine Mile Creek Senior Living than she was when living at home struggeling to take care of herself.

When you get right down to it, really, it’s all about heart. And Nine Mile Creek has it. Been looking for a senior community for yourself or a loved one and now it’s time to decide. It’s a huge decision loaded with uncertainty. Still aren’t sure what to do? Do what we did. Trust Nine Mile Creek. You will experience a generosity of spirit among this staff unlike anything anywhere else. Every member - administrative, support, housekeeping, maintenance, nursing, resident assistant - brings forward skill, kindness, support, responsiveness, respect, and humor to the residents and to their families. The residents resonate to this amazing, enriching atmosphere and you will see smiles, connection and involvement, and often hear laughter in the hallways and common areas. This isn’t a facility. It’s a neighborhood, managed by people who love what they do – and who they do it for. Like I said. It’s all about heart. So, it's the right decision.
